The heart and soul behind Souli. I’m a dedicated mother, a passionate advocate for health, and an enthusiast for yoga’s calming, empowering flow. As a mom, my greatest joy is showing up as the best version of myself for my son and for the world around me. Yoga has helped me on this journey helping me find strength, balance, and peace in both body and mind.

Through mindful movement and breath, I found relief from pain, a calmer nervous system, and a newfound ease in my body. Not only did yoga help me physically; it empowered me to embrace life with more confidence, clarity, and grace.

Souli classes are designed to bring you strength, mobility, and flexibility, in the most gentle way. Wether you’re seeking relief from physical discomfort, a way to soothe your nervous system, or simply a guide to help you reconnect with yourself, my classes are crafted to meet you where you are.
